Information we collect

This website has no forms. When you write to us, your message goes from your own email app straight to our team, so we receive only what you choose to send: usually your name, email address, and whatever you tell us about your situation.

Please do not send financial account numbers, medical records, or identity document numbers by email. We do not ask for them and we do not need them to start a conversation.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, to assess a request for assistance, and to coordinate the help you have asked for. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Where it goes

This website never sees or stores your messages. Emails arrive in the Uplift International NFP mailbox and are kept in our own organization accounts.

Donations

Online donations are processed by Zeffy, a donation platform for nonprofits. Card details are entered on Zeffy’s form, not on this website, and we never see or store them. Zeffy’s own privacy policy covers the details you give there.

Cookies and analytics

Fonts are served from our own domain. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits. It sets no cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this website, and to report our reach to funders and grant programs. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects general information such as the pages viewed, approximate location, and device type. We use it to see overall patterns, not to identify individual visitors. We do not send it your messages or your donation details, which we never see. If we take part in the Google Ad Grants program, Google may also measure whether a visit led to a completed donation.

You can limit these by changing your browser’s cookie settings or by using Google’s opt-out browser add-on. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details on our contact page.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
