We collect only what you type into our forms: the support request form, the volunteer form, and the contact form. That can include your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, city or area, an approximate date, and whatever you tell us about your situation.

Please do not send financial account numbers, medical records, or identity document numbers through this website. We do not ask for them and we do not need them to start a conversation.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, to assess a request for assistance, and to coordinate the help you have asked for. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Where it goes

This website does not keep a database of submissions. Form messages are passed to the destination Uplift International NFP has configured, such as an email inbox or a case management tool, and are held there.

Donations

When online giving is connected, payments will be handled by an established donation platform. Card details are entered on that platform, not on this website, and we never see or store them.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising cookies and includes no third-party trackers. Fonts are served from our own domain. If analytics are added later, this section will say what is measured and how to opt out.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details on our contact page.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
